~The agency marks 12 years by putting 12 rejected ideas back in the spotlight through Neverletanideadie.com, a digital platform that invites brands and marketeers to resurrect ideas that never got their moment. ~
INDIA, 23rd September 2026: Social Panga turns 12 this year. Instead of looking back at the campaigns that made it out, the agency is looking at the ideas that didn’t.
Over the past 12 years, the agency has worked on ideas across briefs and brands. Some made it beyond the presentation room. Others met the familiar fate of a good idea in a wrong meeting: “Let’s park this for now.”
For its anniversary, Social Panga has chosen to bring 12 of these ideas back into the public eye with Neverletanideadie.com, a digital graveyard of ideas that never made it.
The platform is built around a simple belief: an idea being rejected doesn’t necessarily mean it is a bad idea. It may simply have been the wrong idea, in the wrong place, at the wrong time.
So, what happens to all the ideas that never made it out of the room? Do they really have to disappear forever?
With Neverletanideadie.com, Social Panga is challenging the conventional life cycle of an idea. Instead of remaining buried in agency archives, these ideas are being made available for brands and fellow agency folks to discover, reconsider and potentially resurrect.
Visitors to the platform can explore the 12 ideas, understand the thinking behind them, and, if one resonates, express interest in bringing it back to life.
Says Gaurav Arora, Founder, Social Panga, “When we started Social Panga, the belief was always that good ideas should not be confined by convention. That belief has stayed with us for 12 years- in the kind of work we choose to do, the risks we are willing to take, and the questions we ask our clients. So, it felt almost contradictory to let hundreds of ideas that once mattered to us simply disappear because they didn’t make it through one particular brief or one particular room. Never Let An Idea Die is an extension of that ethos. We wanted to give ideas the freedom to find their moment, even if that moment comes years later or with someone else.”
Himanshu Arora, Founder, Social Panga added, “Creativity is an investment, and every idea represents time, thinking and problem-solving that has gone into understanding a business challenge. When an idea doesn’t move forward, that thinking shouldn’t automatically lose its value. Never Let An Idea Die creates a second market, in a way, for ideas that never found their first one, giving brands an opportunity to discover thinking that may already be solving a problem they haven’t articulated yet.”
For Social Panga, the initiative also reflects its larger approach to creativity- one that has always placed curiosity, unconventional thinking and the power of an idea at the centre of its work.
Soumabha Nandi, EVP, Social Panga, commented, “Picture this. A brief comes in. Ideas are born, nurtured, debated, and even loved before they die, right in a presentation. Sometimes before it. Bad timing. Wrong budget. Change of mind. It can be anything. Sounds like a normal agency day? Yes, until we’ve had enough. Somewhere along the way, killing ideas became an unofficial KRA. Neverletanideadie.com is our attempt to turn these countless creative casualties into happy endings. Give them an afterlife they maybe, need but truly deserve.”
The 12 ideas featured on the platform span different categories, challenges and creative approaches, but share one thing: each was created with the intent of becoming something real and never got there.
Now, they have another opportunity.
The agency’s 12th anniversary, therefore, becomes less about looking back at what Social Panga has created and more about asking what else could still be created from the ideas it left behind.
