Noida, Date: 13th May, 2026 : Shri Arvind Kumar has taken over as Director (Finance) of National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India. Prior to this, he was serving in senior leadership positions in the finance function in Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited.
Shri Arvind Kumar holds the educational qualifications of M.Com. Professionally, he is a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India and an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He possesses rich and diverse experience in the areas of financial management, internal audit, budgeting, banking, taxation, commercial accounting, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Shri Arvind Kumar is known for his professional competence, analytical approach and extensive experience in finance, audit and corporate management.
