A notable highlight of this program is the introduction of desk yoga sessions led by a certified trainer, taking place every fortnight. These sessions offer employees a refreshing break from their daily work routines, actively promoting physical fitness and helping reduce stress levels.

Recognizing the importance of mental health, Archetype has taken a proactive step by providing support through the Telus Health (LifeWorks) Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This confidential service is accessible to employees and their family members, extending a helping hand during challenging times at no cost.

To ensure 24/7 access, the Telus Health (LifeWorks) platform is available on both desktop and as a downloadable app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
