<p>Nasscom Foundation has named Jyoti Sharma as its new Chief Executive Officer. With over two decades of experience driving social impact across key areas such as gender equality, education, climate change, regenerative agriculture, child rights, and disaster management, Jyoti is poised to lead the foundation into a new era of growth and inclusive impact through its TechForGood initiatives.</p>

She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has held leadership roles at globally recognized organizations, including the Organic Cotton Accelerator, the European Commission, World Resources Institute, Magic Bus India Foundation, Action Aid, and Save the Children. Her expertise lies in building high-performing teams, designing impactful programs, and mobilizing significant resources to scale social initiatives.</p>
<p>Under her leadership, the Nasscom Foundation aims to strengthen its alignment with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and India’s vision for inclusive growth. Signature programs such as Digital Literacy, Skilling and Employability for marginalized youth, particularly women, and the digital capacity building of women entrepreneurs have already delivered substantial impact. The foundation also continues to empower NGOs and drive systemic change through social innovation.</p>
<p>In its next phase of growth, Nasscom Foundation is set to amplify its TechForGood journey, exploring emerging opportunities like AIForSocialGood and enhancing the digital capacity of the social impact ecosystem. With Jyoti Sharma at the helm, the foundation is poised to deepen its commitment to creating transformative and inclusive solutions for societal challenges. Her appointment marks a significant milestone in the foundation&#8217;s mission to leverage technology as a catalyst for sustainable and equitable development.</p>
